Lunch Options
All Lunches are served with a side of orzo salad and a bag of North Fork potato chips.
1 - Grilled Vegetable- Grilled eggplant, zucchini, yellow squash, roasted red peppers and pesto on ciabatta bread.
2 - Grilled Steat- Grilled steak with horseradish mayonnaise, thinly sliced red onions and baby settuce on a ciabatta roll.
3- Grilled Chicken- Grilled chicken breast cutlets served with fresh mozzarella cheese, roasted red peppers, pesto and baby arugula on a ciabatta roll.
4- Chicken Salad- Roasted chicken tossed with raisins and walnuts in an herb mayonnaise with mesculn greens on ciabatta bread.
5- Parma- Thinly sliced imported Prosciutto di Parma with roasted red peppers, fresh mozzarella, and baby lettuces on ciabatta bread.
6- Ceasar Salad - Grilled chicken breast served on romaine hearts with homemade classic Caesar dressing and our house croutons.
7- L.I. Duck Salad- Roasted local farm raised duck pulled and tossed with apples, walnuts and raisins in balsmaic vinaigrette and served on a bed of nesclun salad.
